Deadline for this round of applications is November 30, 2026.

1. Grant recipients will be contacted via email or phone the week December 14th, 2026.

   1. Applications must be fully completed to be considered.

   2. Grant money will be paid to the grant recipients’ clinic directly.

   3. There is a $50 application fee, please be prepared to make this payment when you submit your application.
